Our latest innovation has been to deliver the concept of ES Transcription, a department within  Essential Secretary Ltd.  This has enabled us to open our 'doors' to an ever increasing customer demand, and in turn project manage the transcription workload with an experienced team of UK based professional transcribers.

We have always said we would not outsource, and this will remain the case.  The new department, ES Transcription, will be treated as an entirely separate entity as Essential Secretary Ltd.  Therefore, if you have any concerns, please be reassured that your work is being carried out on the premises as originally agreed.

If you are an experienced transcriber and have what it takes to join the ES Transcription team, please contact us directly via email, and a strict admittance checklist will be sent to you along with an application form.  Following this, if you are deemed a suitable candidate, you will be sent instructions along with a test file for transcription, and it will be on this basis you will be assessed as to whether you are suitable to join our team.

 
 

 

Audio Typists Required at our Leighton Buzzard Office

 

 
 

Due to our business expansion, opportunities have arisen at our new Leighton Buzzard office for enthusiastic and competent audio typists.  This is an opportunity to work in an inviting and relaxed environment within this expanding family business.

The successful applicant will have had a minimum of two year's experience of working in an office environment with some or more audio typing experience.  You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.  Typing speeds of 60 wpm or more are required as is a good command of the English language and attention to detail is paramount. 

This role involves the transcription of audio tapes and digital files for various disciplines which can vary from day to day.  Knowledge of components of Microsoft Office for the production of documents is necessary and a complete understanding of strict confidentiality is crucial.
